Michael Crimi, Jr. PA-C, President / CEO. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Michael is Physician Assistant-Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Shirley A. Ice, M.D., Medical Director is a graduate of University of Florida and earned her Doctor of Medicine from University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Ice is Board Certified in Family Practice.

Robert Main, PA-C. received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island where he focused on studies in Biology. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY at Stony Brook. He is Physician Assistant-Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
