Michael Crimi, Jr. PA-C, President / CEO. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Michael is Physician Assistant-Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Burke Jackson, M.D., Medical Director is a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University in North Carolina and earned his Doctor of Medicine from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Dr. Jackson specializes in Geriatrics, Minor Surgery, Diabetes, Hypertension, Attention Deficit Disorder and Pediatrics. Dr. Jackson is Board Certified in Family Practice.

George Gilbert, M.D. earned his Doctor of Medicine from American University of the Caribbean in the West Indies. He completed his residency at Aultman Family Practice in Canton, Ohio. Dr. Gilbert is Board Certified in Family Practice.

Henryk T. Malczak, Ph.D., D.O. completed his undergraduate education at the University of Western Ontario in Anatomy. He earned his Ph.D. from Queen’s University also in the study of anatomy. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Southeast College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Humana Hospital in Pembroke Pines. Dr. Malczak is Board Certified in Family Practice.

Robert Main, PA-C received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island where he focused on studies in Biology. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY at Stony Brook. He is Physician Assistant-Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Alexis Nibe PA-C. Alexis earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY at Stony Brook. She is Physician Assistant – Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Harriet W. Smith–McKinney PA-C. Harriet earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida. She is Physician Assistant-Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
